Yes, by signing into your account online you can view the progress of past and current orders. Simply select the 'MY ORDERS' option on the left-hand panel of your Account Dashboard.

Covellite offers its customers the ability to return items purchased online. 

Change of mind returns

You’ve changed your mind, that’s okay. You can return your unwanted goods provided they are –

in their original condition and packaging, within 14 days of date delivery received, and Proof of Purchase attached

Quality Guarantee or Warranty Claim

We also offer a quality guarantee on all our products (more information).

On a rare occasion, a manufacturing fault may occur. In this instance, we offer an exchange or refund options once an online warranty claim form has been submitted (click here for more information).

Yes. Unopened and unused items purchased online can be returned within 14 days of the date your delivery has been received. Our Covellite Rewards members enjoy extended returns of up to 30 days from the date of delivery received. 

For change of mind returns, the following return conditions apply -

Items purchased must be in original condition (unused and or unopened) and packaging Items must be shipped within 14 days of the date your delivery has been received (or 30 days if you are a Covellite Rewards member) Proof of Purchase attached Change of mind returns are at the customer's expense. Therefore, please keep proof of postage as we do not take responsibility for items lost in transit.

On a rare occasion, a manufacturing fault may occur. If you find that your product is defective or damaged as a result of transit, all you need to do is get in touch within 12 months of purchase date.

To start the warranty claims process, all you need to do is -

Use the Get In Touch tab on Covellite’s website or email hello@covellite.com.au with your warranty claim details such as - the Order number; detail the faulty item and provide a brief description of the fault; include photos; and    proof of purchase  Please allow 2-3 business days to hear back about an outcome of your warranty claim. For approved warranty claims, a pre-paid postage label will be sent out for you to return your goods free of charge. 

Your refund will be issued once your return has arrived in our warehouse. It can take 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected on your method of payment.

Our customers will be offered FREE delivery on purchases over $100. *Only applies to customers living in Australia and the United States of America.

Whether you live in Australia or the United States of America the estimated standard delivery timeframes are 3-7 business days.
